Dr. Usui called Reiki the “Secret Art of Inviting Happiness”. Reiki is a spiritually guided healing and harmonizing energy. Discovered in Japan by Dr. Usui in 1922, the system has been passed down through “attunements” given by Master Teachers to their students. Reiki energy has its own vibration and consciousness, and energizes and creates well-being in the physical, emotional, spiritual and etheric bodies. Reiki can never cause harm. It accelerates the body’s ability to heal by flowing through the affected parts of the energy field and charging them with positive energy. Reiki raises the vibratory level of the energy field in and around the physical body. It clears, straightens and heals the energy pathways, breaks away negative energy and removes blocks, thus allowing the life force to flow in a healthy and natural way. The Reiki practitioner channels the universal life force of Reiki energy to the recipient by “laying on hands” or allowing the hands to hover slightly above the body. While it is the Reiki practitioner who provides the Reiki energy, it is the Reiki recipient who draws the universal life energy for their own healing.

The Reiki Class prices are based on a class of 2 or more students and the price is per person. For private classes add $50 per class.
